We hope you are all staying safe and healthy during this challenging time.Your peace of mind is very important to us so we’d like to take a moment to address a few common questions about what will happen to your account and billing while we are temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 situation.
*You will NOT be charged for the time that we are closed.
*You will NOT be billed any further(Effective 4/1/2020) until we reopen.
We respectfully ask that you hold any billing questions or account requests during this time as we will not be able to process them. All questions will be addressed upon reopening when we have our wonderful employees back to assist.
We are like any other small service-oriented business that depends on consistent revenue to keep our business operating and like you we are striving to deal with this situation the best way we can. We are very humbled and grateful for those of you requesting that we continue to bill you to help us survive this situation, however, we will not bill anyone while we are closed. All we ask is for your continued patronage and support of our local small business when we reopen.
Remember, your health and well-being matters to us and we encourage you to follow the social-distancing guidelines and safety protocols as outlined by federal, state, and local governments and the CDC. Your cooperation and commitment to these guidelines will help social businesses like your Athletic Club reopen sooner.
