What is Crossfit?
Crossfit is a strength and conditioning program that is meant to prepare you for whatever comes your way. It can give you the foundation of an elite athlete or the functionality to help yourself around the house.

Crossfit is a regimen of constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity in a communal environment that leads to optimal health and fitness.

Our speciality is not specializing. CrossFit can include elements such as Olympic lifting, bodyweight movements, gymnastics, single modalities, and much more.

I have never done Crossfit before, will it be too much?
CrossFit is scalable in many ways, making it a practical and effective training program both for someone with no fitness experience all the way to the elite athlete training for the Olympics.

CrossFit is designed to be broad, and includes a myriad of possibilities within a workout.

We welcome anyone from any fitness level who wants to pursue a better quality of life and be challenged to improve beyond their current physical state.
